Introducing Chieftain's latest turnout system featuring groundbreaking technology and the ultimate design to protect firefighters against today's toughest challenges. Chieftain developed the 3200 Ultra utilizing the latest research on ergonomics in personnel protective clothing and developed the patented TridentTM system. This is a three-tier system designed for maximum multi-dimensional flexibilty. The 3200 Ultra jacket is the only firefigher jacket that incorporates expansion bellows in the underarms, elbow breaks, and an action back system. While most are flexible in only the arms or back, the 3200Ultra incorporates all three, enhancing overarm reach without exposing the midsection, and allowing greater upper arm rotation and reduced drag. The pants also incorporate the Trident system with knee breaks, expansion knees and a gusseted crotch. JACKET FEATURES Universal bellowed radio pocket. Throat tab overlaps with 4-inch contoured collar and eliminates gaps. Double sleeve wells with 2-ply Kelvar ensures wrist dryness. Contoured sleeves provide natural arm movement. Cuff reinforcements utilize heavy-duty, double over (4-ply) Arashield for extreme durability. PANT FEATURES Full-cut pattern in pant provides extra room in seat and thigh areas for increased comfort and mobility. Comfort knee pads provide extra comfort with Chieftain's exclusive "slip-in" removable pads, which fit into built-in pockets. All lower hems are reinforced with reflective trim. Cuff reinforcements utilize heavy-duty, double over (4-ply) Arashield for extreme durability. Pant leg features reverse boot cut to prevent stepping on cuffs.
