Returns

All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Fire & Safety Outfitters does not ship internationally.

When you are considering an item, take into account color size and fit, especially for custom products

Please take your new items and check them before putting them into use!

We can not accept items for return or exchange unless they are in brand new condition

Important Information for Customers Purchasing Gloves.

Please use the glove sizing chart to be sure your gloves will fit when you receive them.

Important Information for Customers Purchasing Boots.

Check your boots immediately upon arrival. Check Size and Fit.
If you are not satisfied, DO NOT use them. We can not accept boots which have been used.

We will accept returns on boots if upon receipt you find that the sizing is incorrect.

Boots returned which show use or wear will be returned to you.

Customer Satisfaction

Our crew will carefully inspect all items for quality and workmanship before we ship them to you.

Fire & Safety Outfitters will replace, refund, or exchange products with improper sizing.

We must receive the merchandise for inspection in our store before credit will be issued or replacements will be shipped.

If you return a product for a size and or change of style, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to Fire & Safety Outfitters.

You will be charged for the reshipment.

If we make a mistake on your order we will refund shipping costs.
